Integra Financial Solutions LLC operates an automated and representative-initiated SMS text messaging service designed to communicate operational, account-related, and advisory administrative updates directly to commercial clients and authorized representatives.

Messages delivered under this program include appointment reminders, tax filing deadline notices, document request notifications, payroll processing reminders, scheduled call confirmations, and two-factor authentication verification codes.

Consent is obtained when you submit an engagement agreement, complete an online intake form, or explicitly select the SMS communication option. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any advisory or accounting service.

Message frequency varies according to the scope of active accounting engagements, scheduled filing dates, and ongoing advisory consultations. Clients typically receive periodic transactional notices corresponding directly to active account workflow events.

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from Integra Financial Solutions LLC or received from you by our systems. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific cellular rate plan.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent from our service. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation text verifying your unsubscription, and no further SMS messages will be transmitted.

SMS text messages are not encrypted channels. Integra Financial Solutions LLC will never request complete Social Security numbers, bank account passwords, or unredacted tax transcripts via SMS. Please transmit confidential documentation exclusively through our secure client portal.

Carriers and cellular network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and local device connectivity.

Integra Financial Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS messaging program, or amend these terms, at any time. Continued participation following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
